Purchases can only be made by persons aged 18 or over, Proof of Age may be required on delivery of any alcohol Item.
The recipient of the goods MUST also be a minimum of 18 years old and ID may be required on the door step, we may also ask to take Photographic evidence of the ID provided in completing the delivery of this order. In the event that the delivery cannot be completed due to an underage person being the only person available at the prearraged delivery address the delivery charge for this order will be non refundable and a 20% restocking charge will apply and will be deducted from any refund made to the method of payment for the goods that where undeliverable. If a second delivery attempt is required a further delivery charge will apply prior to attempted delivery and in the event this second delicery attempt is undeliverable due to an underage person being the only person at the said address this second delivery charge will also become non refundable.

In the event of shortage of any ordered item we reserve the right to substitute with goods of similar or higher value and quality in order to fulfill your order.

For wines the vintage year may vary from those shown.

All wines are 75cl unless otherwise stated.

It is the responsibility of the customer to check the items ordered on delivery, no compaints for breakages or damaged items will be accepted once the item has been delivered and accepted as deliverd by the customer.

Payment must be made in full, prior to goods being despatched.
